These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

02Products

I make every effort to accurately display and describe my products. As per nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, size, or finish may occur. These variations are considered part of the product’s character and are not defects.

03Orders

An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, such as pricing errors or product unavailability. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded.

04Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. Obvious pricing mistakes may be corrected.

05Shipping

Orders are shipped as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

06Returns

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items in accordance with applicable consumer law. Please contact us within the applicable withdrawal period to arrange your return. Returned items should be in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

07Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

08Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours—and include photographs of the product and its packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

09Liability

I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the products sold, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

All photographs, product descriptions, text, and other content on this website remain my intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
