Return policy.

We want every AltGent object to arrive as expected. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

01Right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email. Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to return the product.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.

Products must be returned in their original condition and with reasonable care. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

02Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost of the original order. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, the additional cost is not refundable.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may wait to issue the refund until the returned product has been received or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back.

03Damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or does not correspond to your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Products that are defective or do not conform to the purchase are covered by the applicable legal guarantee.

04Return address

Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email after you contact us to initiate a return.
